Fiqh 101 – Intro to Islamic Law

What is Shari’ah, and what is Fiqh? How was Islamic law legislated during the time of the Prophet (ﷺ) and the companions? What are the Schools of Law (Madhahib), and why do scholars have different opinions? Join us for our upcoming One Day Intensive “Fiqh 101- Intro to Islamic Law” as we decode these critical questions and more! We will study the history of the Islamic legal tradition and build an understanding of where Islamic law fits into the greater spectrum of Islam’s teachings. The intensive will be held in-person at ICPC Clifton Sunday 11/26 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
